Gosh, seems I lose all my desire to be outside when it gets too cold! Especially if the wind blows! All I want to do is cuddle up in my house and watch movies!

I've invested in some really good Smart Wool under garments, so I really have no excuse! But I opted out of jogging today outside! Gonna have to hit the gym!

Going to the Gym is always good when it's cold out, because at least you're keeping ACTIVE! That is the KEY!

Stay active no matter what! Don't relinquish yourself to staying indoors all day and watching NETFIX! (I'm only saying this because I've done it and it is not a good outcome!)

So bundle up and get out! Go hike Badger Mountain! Or take a walk along the river! And if it's too brutally cold to be outside at least do these 4 things!

1.Go see some LIVE MUSIC! and DANCE!

2. Go to the GYM

3 Go Skiing, Snowboarding or Cross Country Skiing

4. Put on music at your house, invite people over and mingle, talk, dance and have fun! {Being around other people when it's cold and gloomy out is always helpful!}
