I tried this and used normal quinoa instead of the red because that is all I had. I thought it turned out great. The other thing…is I use only ALL NATURAL PURE MAPLE SYRUP instead of normal maple syrup that is full of high fructose corn syrup.
I was going to throw out my bag of Quinoa since I never seem to use it. Until I saw this! Check it out!
