It feels like it's been a while since someone filed a ridiculous lawsuit against McDonald's.  Too long, in fact.  So thank you, Webster Lucas of Pacoima, California, for bringing our long national nightmare to an end.

Webster just filed a $1.5 million lawsuit against McDonald's . . . for only giving him one napkin.

Back on January 29th, Webster went to a McDonald's in Pacoima and ordered a Quarter Pounder.  They gave him one napkin, and when he went up to the counter to ask for more, the manager told him he'd already gotten more napkins . . . so no.

Webster is black, the manager was Hispanic, and Webster says he heard the manager mumble something about, quote, "You people."

Webster says he responded, quote, "I should have went to Jack in the Box because I didn't come here to argue over napkins.  I came here to eat."

Then he emailed the McDonald's general manager and told him he hasn't been able to WORK since then, because of, quote, "undue mental anguish."  The general manager offered him free burgers, but Webster felt insulted.

So he filed a $1.5 million lawsuit.  There's no word from McDonald's.
