My son Nick lives in Seattle and just called me out of the blue one day. He was leaving the gym, saw somebody that inspired him  to think about important things he'd learned in life.

When I heard his message, it was clear that what I had HOPED to instill in him actually did sink in. Both my boys have grown into such incredible men. I'm forever impressed at their depth, compassion and intelligence.

It was an awesome weekend of music this past weekend! I started out the night going to the Benefit performance from Kate Turner at Tagaris! She did an awesome job and the house was packed!

Then I stopped by Barnard Griffin Tasting Room to see Eddie Manzaneras! He was wonderful as ever! And I finished out the night at Dax's in Richland, listening to Stompin Ground!

That band is such a fun party band! An all guy group that totally rocks and can get the whole crowd having a good time! They are a super fun bunch and do a fantastic job!

Michael Buble has lined up a slew of TV appearances to promote his new album To Be Loved, which is due April 23.

First up for Michael will be a slot on NBC's Today show on the day the album hits stores.  Then, on April 25, he'll visit

Well, I have to say the Mars' Family is certainly talented. I'm a big fan of Bruno Mars for sure! Now his sisters are singing as well and will star in their own reality TV show!
