I read a story on NFL News & Talk Facebook page that really warmed my heart. New York Giants wide receiver Victor Cruz paid a visit to Sandy Hook shooting victim 6 year old Jack Pintos family in Connecticut. Little Jack was buried in his hero's jersey.
Tri-Citians woke up this morning to howling winds with gusts 50+ miles per hour. Power outages were reported in North Richland and Pasco. School delays and closures were reported as well.
There were two major accidents yesterday on Clearwater Ave.in Kennewick just minutes apart. The 1st accident a pedestrian was killed when an 84 year old man lost control of his vehicle and struck and killed a 60 year old Kennewick man. The 84 year old claims the accelerator got stuck and that is why he lost control of his vehicle.
