Whether your gluten intolerant or not, you will love this Gluten Free Banana Bread Recipe!

My friend Laura made it one night and gave me the recipe. I had just purchased the Namaste Foods Gluten Free Perfect Flour Blend and was anxious to see if it would hold ingredients together better than the Almond Flour or Coconut Flour. And it DOES! It's wonderful! Can't wait to try it in other recipes!

BEST EVER GLUTEN FREE BANANA BREAD RECIPE

  • 2 C Namaste Gluten Free Perfect Blend Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/8 tsp Salt (I use Himalayan)
  • 1/2 C Vegetable Oil (I use Avocado Oil)
  • 3/4 C Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 C Sugar
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 3 mashed Bananas
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 Coarsely Chopped Walnuts

Heat Oven to 325 degrees.

  1. Mix together all dry ingrediants
  2. In separate bowl mix together all wet ingrediants
  3. Mash bananas and mix with wet ingrediants
  4. Fold wet mix into dry
  5. Add nuts being careful not to over mix
  6. Pour into greased (I use Coconut Oil ) bread pan
  7. Bake 65-75 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
