Best ‘Mom & Pop’ — Locally-Owned — Restaurants for Valentine’s Day? [SURVEY]

Don't get me wrong, I love Olive Garden, Red Lobster, P.F. Changs, Texas Roadhouse, etc. I freakin' LOVE them! But when I want to get romantic on Valentine's Day, I'm looking for something a little more authentic, original, unique... not sure of the right word. Where in Tri-Cities, Hermiston, Othello, Walla Walla, etc. are the most romantic locally-owned, non-chain restaurants?

• Monterossos Italian (the train car in Richland)
• Casa Mia in Kennewick
• Saffron Mediterranean Kitchen in Walla Walla
• Restaurant at the Marc (inside the Marcus Whitman Hotel) in Walla Walla
• Blue Goose in Prosser
• Chez Chaz in Kennewick
