I spotted a really cute Idea on Pintrist the other day and I'm going to incorporate it into our holiday traditions. A Christmas Eve box for my Grandchildren. I suppose you could do this for your children as well.
Today is Veteran's Day and the kids are home from school. That has given you a reminder that you'll need to figure out things for the kids to do when they're out of school for Thanksgiving and Christmas
I'm obsessed with kinetic sand. I want some for Christmas. A coworker believes all you have to do to make it is knead some silly putty into clean craft sand. I don't know, that's a lot of kneading. But I found a bunch of videos online showing you how to make it.
I don't know much about this video. It's an incredible tool for teaching kids where babies come from. My favorite part is that UNLIKE the PBS Nova show from 1983 it does not feature a woman spread with a baby head popping out at the end.
When I was growing up in Montana there was a family with 12 kids who were all total slobs. Of all the times I went to their house I never once saw the surface of their counter top because it was so covered with dishes, rags and spills
