April 5, 2012 Last Friday some good friends of ours played at a talent showcase event at Roasters Coffee in Richland.
We love to go see other talent play when we have a weekend off...
It was so fun! And lots of people showed up to support the musicians.

The White House Easter Egg Roll is a tradition that goes back to 1878. In the beginning, the event was mostly just the roll itself, with children pushing painted eggs through the White House Lawn with a long-handled spoon.
But these days, it is much more than that. Now it’s a 11 hour event that about 35,000 kids and their parents attend.

My dog Crystal (in photo) was a rescue that they helped with. I said I would "foster" her and ended up loving her so much I could never part with her.
