The 1st Annual Tastiest Catch Event turned out really well last night! There was a pretty nice crowd of about 300 people. Tony & I played our acoustic duet for the social hour and then we all ate Crab and salad and chowder and corn on the cobb! It was awesome!
Thursday night at O’Callahan’s at The Shilo Inn in Richland 300 people came to put the hurt on nearly 600 lbs of crab, salad, corn on the cob, chowder and cupckaes. All to benefit Seattle Children’s Hospital Clinic
Besides the huge Taylor Bridge Fire near Ellensburg, another large wildfire is now torching ground near Grand Coulee Dam.
You can’t shake a stick this next week without hitting a farm animal or a cowboy in a hat. But yes, Virginia, there is lots to do this weekend before we head to the fair next week!
Everything from eatin’ crab with a “Deadliest Catch” captain, to baseball, live music, wine tasting, farmers markets — you name it, it is there for you to do… not necessarily in that order. Let’s have some fun this weekend! Thank you, Tri Cities Visitor & Convention Bureau!
