Purple Sage Riders: Zillah Wine Ride October 27th!

Hey Everybody!

This ride used to be in Tri-Cities but was moved to Zillah because it was just too big!

The magnificent Purple Sage Riders (Back Country Horsemen) put this on.  I've been to the Tri-Cities one a few years ago, but never have done this one! But, I hear it's awesome!

I'm planning on attending! And wanted to share the info in case you are interested!

With fires raging all around the Columbia Basin causing poor air quality, the Walla Walla school district has decided to cancel today's cross country meet. Kamiakin, Kennewick, and Southridge high schools had been scheduled to participate.

Kennewick to Hold 9/11 Remembrance at Word Trade Center Memorial on Sept. 11, 2012

The City of Kennewick will hold a short ceremony on Tuesday, September 11, 2012, at the 9/11 World Trade Center Memorial at the Southridge Sports & Events Complex at 2901 Southridge Blvd., Kennewick. It will begin at 6 p.m. and only last about 20 minutes. The public is encouraged to attend.
