Roughly 800 people put on Santa costumes for the Fourth Annual Michendorf Santa Run in Michendorf, Germany. The race is sponsored by Laufclub Michendorf (which translated means Michendorf Running Club, imagine that) and is 10 kilometers long. You can't quite tell from these pictures, but it actually began snowing pretty hard during the race, which probably makes these the most Christmas-y photos ever. Enjoy!

If you're ever unsure of something you see online, remember to check out a fact-checking site like Snopes.com. Someone I love was asking all their friends to share this Facebook post to shame the Heineken beer company for sponsoring a dog fighting event. Snopes discovered the event was in Mongolia in 2010 at a venue that also held an earlier event sponsored by Heineken. The beer company did not know the venue hosted dog fights and did not know its banners were not taken down after its event. The company has since cancelled all dealings with the venue.

Santa's elves are the greatest. For starters, they work super hard in his workshop all year round making our Christmas presents and baking delicious treats so Santa maintains that cookie belly. However, we do think these charming people are highly underrated. They're arguably the most charming part of Christmas, after all! Santa Claus rules. Unless his beard gets stuck mid-mall stunt, then his cool status gets a little iffy. But otherwise, good ol' St. Nick is really awesome. Why? For starters, he has reindeer as pets, gives out presents for a living and gets thousands of free homemade cookies on Christmas Eve. Basically, the guy's livin' the life. It's no wonder he's survived to be like, hundreds of years old!
