Celebrate National Panini Sandwich Month!

August is National Panini month! I love Panini's! And I believe I have found the best panini sandwich in town!

Casa Vino on Keene Rd. in Richland I think has the best Italian Panini sandwiches EVER!! They are on this bread that I can't seem to find anywhere! Crunchy on the outside, softer on the inside. The meat they use is something I've never been able to find.

They serve their Panini's with a side of  Pear-Spinich Salad with blue cheese crumbles and cranberries and it is to die for!

I've tried to get the owner Andy to tell me exactly how they make them there...but, he must be leaving out a secret ingredient, because I've tried.. and it's just not the same!

If you've had the Italian  Panini sandwiches at Casa Vino, than you know what I'm talkin' about. If you haven't...you better put it on your bucket list! You won't regret it!
