So, If you're like me...You gotta have your coffee right? And I love mine like a morning meal!

If I didn't worry about calories and sugar etc, I'd drink it all day long everyday and it would be a 'Mocha' with whipped cream or a 'Vanilla latte'.

But, I don't do dairy, or sugar, so I'm always trying to find healthier ways to get that same fix without the sugar or dairy.

I saw on Dr Oz one day that putting unsalted butter or Coconut oil in your coffee is a good idea. So this morning I tried, a bit of Coconut milk, Cinnamon, Coconut Oil and a tid bit of ex dark baking Cocoa. It was great! And...for the most part pretty healthy!

I'm trying to NOT have the French Vanilla Creamer that I love so much, so this was a healthier alternative and it really was GREAT!

I think I'll try it Iced tomorrow!
