Turns out Christina Aguilera isn’t the only one who has trouble remembering the lyrics to ‘The Star Spangled Banner.’

During a 9/11 tribute at the US Open on Sunday, 58-year-old pop icon Cyndi Lauper suffered a similar fate, flubbing the line that’s supposed go “O’er the ramparts we watched, were so gallantly streaming” by instead singing “O’er the ramparts we watched, as our flag was still streaming.”

To her credit, Lauper never lost her composure, even though she realized the error. She took to her Twitter account later on and wrote, “I got choked up in the middle remembering 9/11. I hope I didn’t mess up too bad. I wanted it to be comforting.”
