Then it stuck, and Congress passed the Uniform Time Act in 1966 to lock it in.

*You could have sworn PDST Monday was "come in any time you want" day.

*You knew you could use daylight savings time as an excuse when you really partied all night with your three favorite friends and your not suppose to drive drunk.

*You're more likely to have a heart attack. A study in Michigan last year found that between
2010 and 2013, there were 25% more heart attacks on the first Monday after daylight savings . .. meaning today.

*you were late to work because You got into a last-minute argument with someone over what color that stupid dress is.

*Suicide rates go up. A study in 2008 looked at 30 years of data, and found that suicide rates for men increase for the first few weeks after daylight savings starts. We assume it holds true for women too.

*You figured why hurry to a cubicle where you're gonna sit for eight hours checking Facebook and Twitter.

* Daylight Saving Time is NOT observed in Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, the Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands, and Arizona. The Navajo Nation participates in the Daylight Saving Time policy, even in Arizona, due to its large size and location in three states.
