Disabled Man in Wheelchair Sentenced for Soliciting 13 Year Old

Virginia police and the FBI built an air-tight case against a Moses Lake man who flew cross country to have sex with a 13-year-old girl.

They met on Tumblr back in 2013 and exchanged sexually-suggestive messages. He purchased a plane ticket and flew to Virginia to hook up with her. She told police he was disabled and in a wheelchair. When it came time to go somewhere with him she refused. Later the girl's mom found out and helped authorities build a case against him.

He was arrested in 2014 and sentenced this week to three years in prison and 10 years of court supervision.
