Saturday events include an interpretive flashlight hike at Chamna Natural Preserve in Richland. Participants should meet in the west parking lot of Chamna Preserve, off Aaron Drive and west of Inland Asphalt, near the I-182 Bridge by the Yakima River at 8 p.m.

Children under 5 and pets are not allowed. For more information or to RSVP, call Tapteal Greenway volunteer Scott, at 627-3621 or email woodfish24@charter.net. An acoustic jam, live streaming of global events, and the dimming of the decorative lights on the cable bridge will begin at 8 p.m. at Crow’s Nest at Clover Island in Kennewick.

Go Green Tri-Cities was made possible supporters of the local non-profit organization, Sustainable Energy & Environmental Network. Sponsors this year include City of Richland, Energy Northwest, Tri-City Herald, Battelle, City of Pasco and KURION, Inc.
