We all start looking forward to Spring right after Christmas, but the truth is that we have a few months to go before it starts getting warm.

In line with your New Years Resolutions, it's important to eat meals so you don't crave snacks all the time.

I try to make meals that follow the Paleo Diet Plan.

But I saw this link for Crock pot recipes and thought some of them looked passable with a few alterations. The point being that if you can grab a quick meal to heat up that was already prepared. You may NOT make that trip to a fast food restaurant! Right?
