Easy,Tasty Mozzarella, Tomato and Basil Flat Bread Pizza!
The other day I was craving pizza, so I used some left over items in my fridge, and surprisingly enough it was really tasty!
I had some of that left over flat bread that I usually dip in balsamic vinegar, and I had some left over Mozzarella Cheese and some yummy little Cherry Tomatoes.
So I grated the cheese over the bread, sliced the tiny tomatoes and added the chopped up herb of Basil over the top! Baked at 425 degrees until the bread was crispy and the cheese was bubbly.
It was delicious! (Salt and Pepper to taste)
Easy flat bread, and I don’t think it was too awfully bad for me!
