Energetic Fast Running Dog! Inspires Some to Eat Dog Food!

I'm always amazed when I go out for my morning jog and my dog 'Crystal' literally gets this big smile on her face! She takes off like a bat out of you know where and just flys! She runs circles around me and goes like the wind! Meanwhile I'm pluggin a long at a slow jog..counting the distance till I can walk again. lol..

It occurred to me, maybe I should eat dog food and milk bones and maybe my energy would be better! Haha ;)
