Whooo Hoooo! I absolutely LOVE running down hill! I hike Badger Mountain all the time and I love to run down the mountain after a long hike up!
I've always heard it's bad for your knees, but it never seems to hurt mine! I always enjoy it! So I googled it, and this is what I found! It's NOT bad for you! YAY!
