Benton County Sheriff's deputies are seeking a wild driving suspect after they allegedly took out a large section of fence then abandoned their vehicle.

Wednesday night, Sheriff's responded to the area of the Old Inland Empire Highway and Rothrock Road just Northeast of Prosser, after witnesses said a car same sailing down the road then tore through a large section of fence.

The car then plowed through two yards, before coming to a stop down the road. The driver then allegedly pulled over, parked the car and fled. Sheriff's suspect 38-year old Miguel Barrera of Prosser was driving (probably based on the plates and registration) but they have not located him yet. No one was hurt in the melee.
