Allstate is expanding and looking to start a handful of agencies in the next 3-6 months in Tri-Cities. Owning an Allstate agency is similar to owning a franchise, but there are no franchise, sign-on, or royalty fees ever paid to the company. Our owners enjoy strong marketing, technology, business consultation and claims support, but run their businesses as independent contractors. Each agency owner has an economic interest in their book of business and can sell the agency at any point to an approved buyer- something most other companies don't offer. I'm reaching out because we're looking for strong business and sales professionals interested in partnering with our company. We're a Fortune 100 Company with over 9,000 agencies worldwide, a diverse product line and the most successful agency model in the industry. We have an office furnishing package, lucrative commissions & bonuses, trips and awards. There is never any inventory, and you're helping people protect their assets and livelihoods, all while receiving a strong, residual income stream as your customers continue to renew their policies with you.
This opportunity is for those looking to own and operate a business, build a team, market the agency, and consistently grow. We are looking for individuals who know how to lead others, willing to invest into their business, and always be open to learning.
What should you be looking for in a company? 1. Do you own your business, can you buy/sell? Allstate Agents own the equity they build! 2. How are you compensated at the start to help you grow? Earn Enhanced Commissions with Allstate! 3. What type of support do you get to keep you growing? 4. Annual and Monthly Bonuses? Education Bonus? 5. Awards and Recognition
We will be holding interviews soon so please respond to get your interview today. Not for you? We will pay you a $5,000 referral fee for any candidate you refer that is appointed with Allstate.
