Former Kennewick High School quarterback Bryce Leavitt dropped his football career after high school to play basketball and is thriving.

After averaging about 19 points during games his senior year, he took his skills to college, averaging about 12 points per game.

He chose his college for its success in sending athletes to play professionally in Europe. Now a team in Germany has hired him offering to pay for housing, transportation, and food on top of the money he will get from playing. The salary isn't glamour, but all of it goes straight into his pocket.

The team is called Accent Baskets Salzkotten.
