Former Tri-City Fever QB’s Brother is an NBA All-Star

Reigning NBA Rookie of the Year and NBA All-Star Damian Lillard of the Portland Trail Blazers has some Tri-Cities ties.

His older brother, Houston recently tried out for the AFL's Portland Thunder. You may remember him as the prolific passer for the Tri-Cities Fever from 2010-2011.

Houston Lillard threw for 98 TD's and 3599 yards in 24 games in a Fever uniform, leading them all the way to the 2011 IFL title game, where they fell short to Souix Falls. Lillard had a career year in 2011, finishing second league-wide in pass yards and touchdowns.
