Get Ready For Jr. Achievement 'Galaxy Bowl' 2014

This Year's Jr. Achievement 'Galaxy Bowl' is set for February 24,25,26,27,28 and March 1st. The Bowl-A-Thon is Jr. Achievements major fund raising campaign and supports it's goals for the year with funds raised from this amazingly fun event. Here is why Jr. Achievement is important to our community:

Getting into the habit of smart money management at an early age is critical to practicing sound personal finance practices into adulthood. Junior Achievement will reach more than 10,000 local students K-12 this year with critical financial literacy education. Our programs are delivered by volunteers from the local business community, who add their personal and professional perspective

Junior Achievement (JA) students score significantly higher-at least 10 percent-than their peers on assessments that measure financial literacy. They understand the importance of money management.
