Have You Tried Gravity Hill in Prosser Yet…It’s Amazing!

I have lived here for almost 15 years and have never heard of this…I don’t get out much I guess. There is a piece of road near Prosser that you can roll uphill if you put your car in neutral on a stretch of road.
