In 2016, the Kamiakin Braves won the first state football title in the school's 46-year history. This fall, they're on the road to defend it, and here's where to go to hear the game LIVE this Saturday.

After a 24-21 win over the Lakes Lancers at Lampson last Saturday, Kamiakin (9-1) will be headed to Lacey, WA this Saturday for a clash with 10-0 Timberline H.S., the South Sound League champions, in the Round of 16.

Due to contractual obligations mostly concerning college football broadcasts, no Mid-Columbia media outlets carried the KaHS-Lakes game, and they won't be broadcasting this one either.

Unless you're planning to make the nearly 4 hour trip across the state to the Olympia area (Lacey WA), there is a West-Side media outlet carrying the game.

Sound Sports Net is an internet sports network that covers prep and other sports all up and down the Seattle, Tacoma and surrounding areas. They will be streaming the game live starting at 5pm, with former Tri-Citian and sports media vet Jon Jensen and 16-year announcing vet Michael Buchanan doing the call. SSN has covered and continues to cover, dozens of events up and down the Puget Sound area, and north and south.

The stream will not come online until one hour before the 5pm kickoff. Jensen tells Newstalk870 music will begin streaming with broadcast reminder updates on the screen at 4pm, pregame show at 4:30, then kickoff at 5pm.

Click here to be taken to the streaming site, save for Saturday's use. Again, the site will go 'live' one hour before kickoff, then pregame 4:30 and game at 5pm.
