A 60-year-old Hermiston woman fell to the ground from cardiac arrest in maybe the second best-place to do so.

The pharmacist didn't stop until the paramedics arrived and took her away. But her luck didn't end there. The paramedics knew a new type of treatment that drastically increases chances of survival.

If it had not been for the pharmacist and first responders the woman would have died that day, but instead she woke up a week later alive in a Seattle hospital.
