Did any of you see Kelly Clarkon's holiday special on TV last night? I guess it was on NBC at around 10 p.m. I ended up watching something different not even knowing it was on. It sounded like a great show. Who saw it? Give a review!

Rolling Stone Magazine gave a mediocre review. They said the singing was good but there wasn't enough humor.

The star-studded cast included appearances by Blake Shelton, Reba McEntire, Trisha Yearwood, Robin Williams, Whoopi Goldberg, William Shatner, Jay Leno, Matt Lauer, Danica Patrick, Heidi Klum, Ken Jeong, and Jai Rodriguez.

Sounds awesome, right? Apparently Rolling Stone preferred Blake Shelton's crass and irreverent spoof on "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer" with Larry the Cable Guy last year.

I sat through the whole three hours of NBC's "The Sound of Music Live" but I can't recommend it (although Underwood's singing was fantastic).

A friend on Facebook said it was corny, but "much more entertaining than expected."
