Everybody wants to reduce drunk driving, but not all ideas are good ones. What will work to reduce the instances? Will lowering the threshold to a blood alcohol level to .05 percent do it? That's what federal authorities are encouraging. Some of my friends think it's just a plan to raise more money from offenders; others think that it's too easy to not get caught, so it won't help. What do you think? Should the recommendation be implemented? Will it work?
