Jay Leno Getting Replaced by Jimmy Fallon? Is This Discrimination?

Does anyone else find it discriminatory to replace a number one talk show host because of his age? I thought that was illegal? If he's so old and outdated..why is he number 1?

Do you think there is something we are not aware of? Like maybe he really wants to leave? News sources say he's "stepping down"
