Join the ‘Journey’ at the Kennewick Library from the Smithsonian Institute

Through January 20 the public can see the Smithsonian Institution’s Journey Stories Exhibit at the Kennewick Branch of the Mid-Columbia Library.

The stories “reflect how travel and transportation helped build our nation, how it changed us, and how our world has looked to travelers along the way.”

The branch is located at 1620 South Union Blvd.

The speaker series has four more engagements:

January 5, 7:00 p.m.

Rachael Tengbom at Kennewick library: Journey of Hope – A Story from Africa

January 10, 6:30 p.m.

Native American Storyteller with John Cox (family program with stories and crafts) at Kennewick library

January 19, 7:00 p.m.

Bruce and Susan Matley at Kennewick library: Journeys West – Cowboys and Cowgirls in Story and Song

January 20, 7:00 p.m.

Michael Sullivan at Kennewick library: The Amazing Saga of Paul Satko
