Samantha Noethe was the Kennewick woman trapped in her car at WinCo and then forcibly abducted last March. She was just arrested in Walla Walla for abducting a 31-year-old man to rob him.

On Sept. 1, Noethe allegedly invited a man to go with her to Wildhorse Resort & Casino in Pendleton. On the way there, she made a stop in Milton-Freewater where two men with a gun approached the vehicle, opened the doors, and began beating the man demanding his money. After holding him hostage and driving around northeast Oregon the victim relented and they released him east of Walla Walla.

Noethe was arrested Sept. 28 after police responded to a fight between her and husband at a local restaurant.

One accomplice was arrested during a traffic stop and the other man is still sought.

Noethe is the mother of two children.
