Lawsuit for Starbucks Under-Filling Lattes Moves Forward

If you are a big fan of Starbucks Lattes, listen up.

A Federal Judge has decided to let the lawsuit move forward that claims Starbucks under-filled lattes.

The lawsuit says Starbucks instituted a recipe in 2009 to create smaller lattes in order to save money on milk.
