Lou will join us on the Morning Show Monday a little after 7 a.m. to talk about the A&E hit show “Longmire.” He plays Henry Standing Bear, the main character’s best friend. Lou has had a long and impressive career in show business, so there’s a lot we could ask him. What questions do you want to hear?
Children of the 1980s remember his as Richie Valens in “La Bamba” or for “Stand and Deliver.” In the 1990s he was in critically-aclaimed “Courage Under Fire” with Denzel Washington, Meg Ryan and Matt Damon and the hit “Young Guns.” More recently he can be seen in recurring roles on numerous television shows including “Numb3rs,” “Cougar Town,” “Stargate,” “Chuck,” and more.

Born at a U.S. naval base in the Philippines, Lou is of Scots-Irish and Cherokee ancestry on his father’s side, and Spanish, Chinese, Filipino and Hawaiian on his mother’s side. He was raised in Texas.

Lou is in a band and loves poker.

Fun fact: he’s featured in the Imagine Dragons “Radioactive” music video at 0:56.
