Have you ever met a guy who is clearly obese but thinks his weight is "normal"? We women tend to be more conscientious of our weight then men in general. But, new research says that men statistically rate women's weight as heavier than what they actually are. All the while under estimating their own weight.

The consensus is that men seem to be very forgiving of their own flaws while remaining very critical of a prospective partner.

Now on the other hand, research shows that women are more self critical and tend to over look the flaws or weight of their significant other or prospective date.

What does this tell us? Did we women get so critical of ourselves after society and men in general gave us that perception? Or is it plainly our genetic make up and the difference between men and women in general? What do you think?
