I don't know about you but I've literally tried 100's of diets ie: weight watchers, low carb,  mediterranean, cabbage soup, HCG, starvation you get the picture. A registered nurse I've been talking to suggested I try logging my food intake and exercise output on this awesome app

Guess what it really works. I input my information age,weight,goal weight ect...it figures out a calorie goal per day and as you input your data: foods consumed,exercise,water consumption and you can easily keep track of what you're really doing each day. the thing I really like is if I want to eat a little more food I earn extra calories by more exercise.
