My Horse Got a Little NOSY With a Porcupine!

I was headed to Seattle Saturday, and just before I was supposed to leave, my horse and Mini Donkey apparently got a little 'nosy' with a porcupine! It was awful!

 By the time I got there, my Ex-husband had gotten the quills out of the my mini donkey, but my horse Galeron was covered with them all over his face! We were able to get a good amount of them out. But had to call the Vet for the remaining ones in the nose!

I love Dr. Shoenberg! It was Saturday morning and was his day off and yet, he came right out and anesthetized him and pulled the rest out with his pluck-er tool!

I didn't even know we had porcupines here! Ugh! It was awful! Glad they didn't get in his eyes or anything! Poor baby! That had to have hurt BAD!
