If you didn't get enough boat race fun during the Water Follies last weekend, you can get a little more this Sunday with Seafair!

The races are in Seattle on Lake Wahington, but for the first time you can watch the Blue Angels and the championship heats live on local tv.

Seafair wasn't even broadcast on TV in Seattle last year because of record low ratings. This year, they are broadcasting on Sunday from 3-6 pm on King-5 and our local SWX.

The broadcast will show the Albert Lee Appliance Cup race featuring H1 Hydroplane racing and the Boeing Air Show featuring the Blue Angels, according to reports.

“Seafair is excited to be working with SWX to bring this year’s live broadcast of the Albert Lee Appliance Cup and the Boeing Air Show to TV viewers in Eastern Washington and surrounding states. Our partnership provides the entire region a great afternoon of the best water and air excitement you’ll ever see.” said Richard Andersen, the CEO and President of Seafair.

SWX is found on channel:
