I love to make my favorite restaurant entree's at home. First of all because it's a lot less expensive to make at home and second I can control the ingredients, such as salt. I spotted this recipe floating around Facebook today and thought I'd give it a try.

2 lbs ground beef, 1 onion, chopped... 3 carrots, chopped 4 stalks celery, chopped 2 (28 ounce) cans diced tomatoes, undrained 1 (16 ounce) can red kidney beans, drained 1 (16 ounce) can white kidney beans, drained 3 (10 ounce) cans beef stock, 3 teaspoons oregano, 2 teaspoons pepper, 5 teaspoons parsley, 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce (optional) 1 (20 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce 8 ounces pasta

Brown the meat and drain. Add all the ingredients (except pasta) to your crock  pot for 7 to 8 hours on low or 3 to 4 hours on high. Add the pasta to the crock pot in the last hour. I did mine on the stove top and let it simmer for 1 hour until the pasta was done. My husband loved it, enjoy!
