Over-Helping With Homework? Here’s the Poll Results!

A few days ago we read an email from a listener saying he was helping with homework in an emergency and ended up just doing the assignment for him. A lot of parents can relate to that so we talked about it on air and provided a poll for listeners to weigh in. here's the result:

• 66 percent said NEVER (I don't know if I believe them -- but that's a poll for another day)
• 24 percent said YES, because there's no sense in ruining a kids' grades over one bad night.
• 6 percent said they did it once, but will never do it again.
• 2 percent said they do it all the time because the kids are still learning something if you do it together.

Interesting. Parents, don't let your kids procrastinate until Sunday night. You know they'll try!
