Paparazzi Photographer Killed Trying to Shoot Justin Bieber in Traffic Stop

Yesterday evening a photographer trying to get a shot of Justin Bieber getting a traffic ticket in his white Ferrari was struck and killed by an SUV. News reports say the pop singer wasn't even in the car! Bieber had loaned the vehicle to singer Lil Twist and another friend. The police officer conducting the traffic stop sent the photographer back to his vehicle. While crossing the road, the photographer did not look both ways and was struck by an SUV. Justin Bieber has expressed sympathy to the man's family and encouraged California lawmakers to take action by passing laws that better protect celebrities, attending police, photographers and the public.
