Pasco OK’s Fireworks and Ends Up With 20 Fires!

So how do Pasco city officials feel about the partial lift on the fireworks ban? Crews in Pasco responded to 11 grass fires, 4 structure fires and 5 miscellaneous fires on the 4th.  I think city officials are still good with their decision because it looks like all the fires were started by "illegal" fireworks, not the stuff that is no longer banned like Sparklers, Wizz-Whirls, Jumping Jacks, Dancin' Dingleberrys and Smoke Bombs.
