Pasco Police Seek Man Who Dropped Off Sick Kitten at Shelter

Okay there were obviously some good intentions here. He dropped the poor sick kitty off at the shelter but it was closed. Abandoning sick or injured animals on the front door of the animal shelter after hours is no different than abandoning them somewhere else, shelter administrators say.
