‘Phantom Burglar’ Strikes Again, This Time at Bakery

There's a serial burglar in town. I personally call him The Phantom because he always appear blury gray in the surveillance videos.

He struck Pasco's Beltran's Bakery and stole the cash register and the donation jar! Apparently he also grabbed a little snack as you can see from the picture.

The Pasco police are looking for him so any information you have would be useful. He also broke into a clothing store last month and stole expensive jackets. Learn More
