Richland Voter’s THE Most Uninformed Voters in Tri-Cities [RANT]

Yesterday was election day. I filled out my ballot and voted and I'll admit and (I did so on the air) that I didn't know much about some of the people running for office in my district. So I did some research and cast my vote...But Richland voters get an F from me for not doing apparently any research and here's why....

Come on Voters WAKE UP...Including Andrew...
