Rush Hour Traffic Slowed When Car Leaves the Roadway in Kennewick

Traffic was slowed East of Columbia Center Blvd in both directions today around 4pm when a car apparently left the roadway and ended up in the middle section between East and West Lanes. Video was captured by a passerby.

No further info was available at the time. But, more info can probably be found on the evening news tonight.
