Seattle entrepreneur Avni Patel was trying to get a startup going and kept having trouble finding a babysitter. So she ditched the first idea and started "Poppy," a Uber for babysitters!

Finding investors was easy. Getting a reliable and trustworthy person to watch your kids on call is a real need for today's busy parents.

She interviews all the babysitters herself and makes them complete CPR training. The rates are fixed at $16 an hour plus $1 for each additional kid. Or you can buy five bookings for a steep discount or just go with a 3 month membership!

Right now it's only in Seattle but if you can get enough interested babysitters and clients it will come here, just like Uber!
